Quick Info for Potential Stallholders

  1. To fit with our sustainability goal, all goods should be "second-life". 
  2. Ten tables are available for booking. (Tables supplied.)
  3. $20 deposit will secure your booking.
  4. On the day, your fee will be 15% of your takings, and your deposit will be refunded. 
  5. Members of Davistown Progress Association have booking priority. Non-member applicants will be advised after Monday 3rd November if their application is successful.
  6. Cancellations after 10am Friday 7th November will forfeit their deposit.
  7. Arrival/set-up is from 9:30am. Parking is very limited, but there will be 2-3 spaces reserved for unloading.
  8. Tables are standard trestle dining tables, 183cm long x 76cm wide. Please aim to keep your goods within that area.
  9. Tea and coffee will be available, for a gold coin donation.
  10. Pack-up must be completed by 3:15pm.
