Getting blog updates
Did you know you can get alerts when a new entry is added to a blog? It's called an RSS feed. All you need to do is input the URL of the blog into an RSS-to-email service, and any updates will be emailed to your inbox.
MS Outlook has a built-in RSS feed reader, but Gmail doesn't. You can find a few options described here.
